1. About us

This website, drinkluco.co.uk, is run by The Lupin Bean Company Ltd, trading as LUCO. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17249546. Registered office: 9 Cliff Lane, Leeds, LS6 2DS. Our trading address is The Barn, Sugar Well Road, Leeds, LS7 2QG, and you can contact us at hello@drinkluco.co.uk. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. Please read them alongside our Refund, Shipping, Subscription and Privacy policies. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders

When you place an order we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error, and we'll refund anything you've paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. For subscriptions, payment is taken on each billing date as set out in our Subscription policy.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Our Shipping policy sets out delivery charges and how delivery works.

6. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for unopened products. Opened food products can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty. Our Refund policy explains how to cancel or return, and what happens if something is wrong with your order.

7. Our products

LUCO is made from roasted, ground lupin beans. Allergen information: contains lupin. May not be suitable for people with peanut or other legume allergies. Please read the label before use. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. LUCO is a food and drink product and our website content isn't medical advice.

8. Using our website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it, copy our content, photos or branding without permission, or try to interfere with how it works. We try to keep information on the site accurate and up to date, but we may change it at any time.

9. Our liability

If we fail to keep to these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
