Where we deliver

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. At the moment we can't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders of £15 and over. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is sent on the schedule you choose (every 2, 4 or 6 weeks). The same delivery charges apply to each delivery, so a single-bag subscription delivery under £15 includes the delivery charge.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, email hello@drinkluco.co.uk and we'll sort it out. Please check your address carefully at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you gave us.
